The use of microscrews in the maxillary tuberosity (retromolar area): Clinical Cases
AUTHOR: Javier Aznar Arraiz
English abstract
The use of retromolar microscrews in the maxillary tuberosity allows orthodontic movements in the upper arch in all three planes of space. It is an ideal treatment plan in hyperdivergent patients with open bites and class II malocclusions where vertical control is required. We present 4 clinical cases treated with this treatment modality.Download paper (PDF)
